That Overdue Life Update
So I know not many people read my journals since I seldom ever submit art (I'm usually just on here favoriting and watching my favorite artists), but I figured it might be due time for a little update on what's been going on in the life of Mariah.
December 2017 I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Creative Writing. 2018 was very uneventful, so we won't talk about it lol. I think the only change was my first hamster, Kyo, passed away and I got a new hamster. This time a Long Haired Syrian named Harbor :)

I know I'm not super active on here in terms of submitting art or even writing journals but I get on this website everyday to check notifications and the deviations. I've been on this site for 13 years tomorrow. It's still one of my favorite websites, even if a lot of people complain about it.
So my thoughts on Eclipse? Not super keen on it at the moment. It's very sleek and nice looking, and I understand that DA is trying to keep with the times, but it takes away all customization.I love profile customization a lot, and not getting to have that anymore really bums me out. Life news:
- My hamster, Kyo, passed away :( He lived a good life though! He lived past the two year mark and was a fun little dude.
- New hamster! I couldn't deal with the empty cage and I was missing having a hamster after only a few days, so I brought home a new furry friend. He's a Long-Haired Syrian hamster and his name is Harbor :)
